Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Emmy MacDonald Ltd T/A Emmy MacDonald Marketing. This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through our website for digital products, events, and bespoke marketing services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Digital Products (e.g. Templates, eBooks  and other downloadable content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital product has been successfully purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

However, if you experience any issues with the download or the product itself (e.g., corrupt files, broken links), please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue, including reissuing the product if necessary.

2. Events (e.g. Webinars, Workshops)
For bookings related to online events such as webinars, workshops, or training sessions, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations 14 days or more before the event: Full refund available.

  • Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: No refund available, but you may request a transfer to another session (if available) or assign your booking to another participant.

  • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

3. Bespoke Marketing Services
For consulting services and outsourced marketing services, our refund policy varies based on the scope of the project:

  • Initial Consultation: If a consultation is booked and paid for but cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be provided.

  • Ongoing Services: Refunds for services already rendered are generally not provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality or delivery of our services, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with the agreed terms and conditions of the service contract.

  • Prepaid Retainers: If you have paid a retainer for future services, and no work has commenced, you may request a refund for unused portions of the retainer.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the policies listed above, please contact us at emmy@emmymacdonald.com with full details of your case. We will review each request individually and aim to reach a fair resolution.
